I see your other
products?
We
only sell one item per day where the sale begins at midnight EST.
How
are your prices so
low?
We
purchase our inventory in bulk from manufacturers that have created
“overruns”,
or more items than their customers have ordered.
We get a great price for purchasing, this
way, and that’s how we can offer them to you at these reduced prices!

shipping options do
you provide?
We
ship First Class through the USPS.

What
if I don’t like the
item that I purchased and want to return it?
Our
business model is to offer the best prices on everything we sell, every
day. We
don’t make large profits, so we can’t offer refunds for reasons other
than
manufacturer defects or shipping damage that is evident when you
receive your
product. If your product is defective, or damaged in shipment, you can
return
it to us for a full refund or a replacement if one is available.
You must notify us within 24 hours of
receipt to receive a refund or
replacement. Be
sure to read our TERMS for further details.
I want to
change the quantity of
products ordered.
At present, our
software doesn’t allow us to change the amount you order, so, the best
way to
do this is to place a second order for the additional items you want.
For
example, if you order 1 and you want 4 more items, you would place a
second
order for 4 items, which brings your TOTAL order to 5 items. Do it
quickly
though! Once your order is processed for shipping or is sold out, it
will not
be possible to accept cancellations.
When do you
charge my credit card?
When you make a
purchase, we get an authorization from your bank to charge your
card. Your card is charged when your shipping label is printed, usually
within
24 hours of your order.
What if I want
to buy something that
you had for sale in the past?
